We have perused the order passed by this Court [Coram: Nitin Jamdar (as His Lordship then was) and M.M. Sathaye, JJ.] dated 17th April, 2024, by which, similar Intervention Applications were allowed.

The learned Advocate representing the Petitioners submits that on parity, the Applications on the cause list today can be allowed. 3.
In view of the above, these Intervention Applications are allowed.
