These applications are filed on behalf of Hemisphere Properties India Ltd. for intervening in these petitions. 5/6

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant in these intervention applications is really concerned with the subject land, it ought to be heard in these writ petitions for a comprehensive consideration and disposal of the issues that arise in these writ petitions.

It is brought to our notice that similar applications have been earlier allowed by orders passed by the Division Benches of this Court.

In view of the above, we are of the opinion that these intervention applications deserve to be allowed. Accordingly, the applications are allowed.

The intervenor/applicant shall be added as a party respondent in all these petitions, wherein its applications have been allowed. Amendments shall be carried out within three weeks from today. 6.

The aforesaid newly added respondent as also other respondents, who have not yet filed their reply affidavits in these writ petitions, are granted time of six weeks from today to file reply affidavits.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. 8.
