In these petitions, the original petitioners have expired during the pendency of the petitions. Copies of death certificates of the Rushikesh
28 + 29 IA.7766.2024.doc petitioners have been placed on record. There is a delay in moving these applications.

Having perused the contents of the applications, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay in both these applications. It would be in the interest of justice that, upon condoning the delay, the applications are allowed so that the sole petitioners in both the petitions are represented through their legal representatives.

In view of the above, both the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the sole petitioners in both the petitions are permitted to be brought on record. 4.
Consequential amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.
