This application is filed by the original Appellant for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award dated 25.03.2022 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 1467 of 2019 seeking enhancement of the compensation. Insurer has filed Appeal being First Appeal (St). No. 22448 of 2022 challenging the same Judgment and Award.

In view of the position of law, filing of separate appeal or cross objection is not necessary to seek enhancement of the compensation. In such circumstances, this Court finds no reason for rejection of the 1/2
