By virtue of present Interim Application an additional ground to challenge the impugned order passed by the DDR is sought to be amended.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application No.7935/2024, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'i)' which reads thus:- "i) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Petitioner to amend the Petition as per Schedule annexed herewith;"

4.

Considering that it is a pre-hearing amendment as sought it deserves to be allowed. Amendment is permitted and directed to be carried out within a period of one week from today with an advance copy of the same served on the other side.

Affidavit-in-Reply, if any, is directed to be filed within a period of two weeks from today with an advance copy of the same served on the other side.

6.

Interim Application No.7935 of 2024 is allowed and disposed.
