Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants, who are the Original Plaintiff Nos. 7 & 8 in the Suit. The Application is filed for transposition of the Applicants as the Appellants in the Appeal. 2.

It is contended that when the Appeal was filed, the Applicants were not available for signing the Vakalatnama and therefore this Application for transposition is made. The learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he is also appearing for the Original Appellants. 3.

In view of the averments in the Interim Application and considering the other co-Plaintiffs have already filed an Appeal, the Interim Application akn 1/2
