The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 206 days in filing the above First Appeal. The First Appeal is filed against the judgment and award dated 22nd January 2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Dist.Raigad in L.A.R. No.576 of 2019. These proceedings are under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the above Interim Application, we are satisfied that there is sufficient explanation for the aforesaid delay. In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 206 days caused in filing the abovementioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, District Raigad in L.A.R. No.576 of 2019;" 3.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
