Learned counsel appearing for Applicant submits that certified copy of the impugned judgment was received on 6th December, 2022 and thereafter, Advocate was approached for the purpose of filing the Sairaj 1 of
68 Ia-8889-2024.doc Appeal. Subsequently, instructions were given and Appeal came to be filed. However, in the process, there is delay of 59 days caused in preferring the Appeal.
