The Applicant have filed this Interim Application No.9453 of 2024 for grant of permission to change the addresses of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and to issue fresh notice to them on the new address.

In this regard, on perusal of application and record, it reveals that notices issued to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are returned unserved by the Bailiff with remark that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not residing at given address. In such circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

1. "Interim Application No.9453 of 2024 is allowed.

2. The Applicants are permitted to correct/change the addresses of Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

3. Issue notices to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the new address".
