This is an application for condonation of delay of 9 days in presenting the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the delay has been adequately explained in the application. As the delay is only of 9 days, it is desirable to condone the delay, although, the respondents are not before this Court.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 3 to 5 of the application, the delay can be condoned.
