Heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicant. The matter at hand involves dealing with a prayer for condonation of delay of over six years in a challenge to a judgment dated 15th April, 2017 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Mahad. The judgment was rendered in Land Reference No.23 of 2006. 2.

The reasons cited in the Application do not inspire confidence. They essentially relate to internal bureaucratic process delays on the part of the Applicant.
