The Writ Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, on 15/03/2023. A delay of 232 days is caused in filing this Application for restoration.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since the delay is of 232 days, he desires to donate an amount of Rs.2,000/-, to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority at Mumbai. 4.

For the reasons set out, the Interim Application is allowed. Delay akn (1)

917.IA.9944.2024 is condoned. All office objections shall be removed in the Writ Petition, on or before 15/11/2024. Only thereafter, the Writ Petition would be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.

The cost amount be donated within a period of 30 days from today.
