Interim Application has been preferred to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 1-B. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the office of the Government Pleader was informed about the expiry of the Respondent No. 1-B. However as no steps were taken the present application has been filed by the legal heirs to be impleaded. 2.

He submits that it is for this reason that there was a delay. Shubham Talle 1 of
