Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicants and reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.
Applicants to carry out amendment within two weeks. If amendment is carried out within two weeks, issue notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 21st November, 2024. 5.
