This is an application for condonation of delay of 6 years and 132 days in preferring the present appeal.

Having considered the application for condonation of delay, I am of the view that no case for condonation has been made out. I note that in similar circumstances in First Appeal (St.) No. 20698 of 2021 [The State of Maharashtra (Through the Collector, Special Land Acquisition Officer, CIDCO Project, Nashik) & Anr. Vs.
