By this application, the applicants pray that the delay of 66 days in filing the first appeal be condoned. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraph nos.2 to 5 of the Interim Application.

The learned counsel for the non-applicants opposed the application for condonation of delay.

Having perused the application and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the delay caused is for bonafide reasons. Hence the delay is condoned. The Interim Application is disposed of.
