This is an application by the Respondent (in civil revision application - landlord) praying for early hearing of the civil revision application. It is submitted that the matter is pending against concurrent findings about bona fide requirement and decree of eviction cannot be executed due to pendency of revision application. It is stated in the application that the Applicant is about 81 years old and therefore expeditious hearing is necessary.
