This Interim Application is filed with the following substantive prayer :- "(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the execution, operation and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 7.10.2021 passed by the Learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Dist. Raigad in L.A.R. No.430 of 2016, till the hearing and final disposal of the abovementioned First Appeal." 2.

The learned AGP for the Applicant/Appellant would submit that the entire decretal amount of Rs.37,60,875/- along with applicable interest thereon has been deposited by the Applicant on 23 February 2024 with the Reference Court. In view of the above, the impugned judgment and award dated 7 October 2021 shall remain stayed till the adjourned date of hearing.
