Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 66 days caused in preferring the First Appeal. Mr.Bhutala, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that within a period of two weeks from today Vakalatnama will be filed on behalf of all the Applicants. 2.
Mr.Sonawane, learned AGP submits that the impugned judgment and award was passed on 9th February, 2021 and after receiving the certified copies, necessary approvals were required to be taken before the Appeal could be filed. He submits that due to Digitally signed by SANJAY ASARAM MANDAWGAD Date:

He submits that thereafter, the First Appeal was filed and funds were called for the purpose of paying the court fees. He submits that the details are set out in paragraph No.2 of the Application and for the said reason the delay of 66 days has occurred.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents-Claimants does not seriously oppose the Application.
