Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 9th February, 2021. Learned AGP tenders copy of the receipt evidencing the deposit of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest in the Reference Court on 1st March, 2024. The same is taken on record. 2.

As the entire decretal amount alongwith accrued interest has been deposited by the Applicant, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "b", which reads thus: sa_mandawgad 1 of
