Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 24th February, 2022. Learned AGP tenders copy of the receipt evidencing the deposit of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest in the Reference Court on 27th December, 2023. The same is taken on record. As the copy of receipt is illegible, learned AGP submits that within a period of one week legible copy will be furnished in the Registry. 2.

As the entire decretal amount alongwith accrued interest has been deposited by the Applicant, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "b", which reads thus: sa_mandawgad 1 of
