The learned AGP submits, on the basis of the records, that the Petitioner has now been paid an amount of almost Rs. 50 lakh. The interest component of Rs. 6,27,456/-, will be deposited in her account within five working days from today, as the approval has already been granted by the State Government.

The Petitioner, appearing in person, submits that there is a deficit of Rs. 17,000/-. She further submits that certain documents provided to her yesterday are not legible.

We would not be getting into these issues. If the Petitioner feels aggrieved by the deficit payment of Rs. 17,000/-, or if the documents are not legible, she is at liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.

The learned AGP submits that if the interest amount is not deposited in the account of the Petitioner within five working days, this Court may initiate contempt of court proceedings. 5.

Considering that the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed, after we took up this matter out of turn in the Special Pension Category Board, the order issuing a bailable warrant to secure the presence of Respondent Nos. 6 to 8, stands withdrawn.
