INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 11543 OF 2025 IN CROSS OBJECTION ST. NO. 24312 OF 2019:- 1.

Ms. Punde, learned counsel for the applicant (original claimant) submits that present Interim Application is seeking amendment in the Cross Objection. She submits that the Cross Objection has not been admitted as of now and the applicant has paid the entire maximum Court fees of Rs.3 lakhs. 2.

Ms. Talhar, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed this application.

Having heard learned counsel for both sides.

I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application. I am convinced that the case is made out to allow the Interim Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the Cross Objection to be supplied to the State.

CROSS OBJECTION ST. NO. 24312 OF 2019 IN FIRST APPEAL NO.1483 OF 2019 :- 7.

This matter pertains to the Notification dated 22 July 1999. The land pertaining to the village Jasai, Taluka Uran, District Raigad. 8.

Admit.

Place the Cross Objection along with First Appeal No. 1483 of 2019 under the caption "For Final Hearing" in the week commencing from 15 September 2025.
