This Interim Application is filed by the State seeking extension of time to deposit the entire Award amount along with interest accrued thereon as per Order dated 27.02.2019.

I have heard learned Counsel for both the sides. I have also gone through the averments made in the Application. Accordingly, a case is made out to allow the Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) & (c).

The State is granted a further period of eight weeks time to Anand

After the said amount is deposited by the State, the Original Claimant would be free to make an Application for withdrawal of the said amount. The said Application will be decided on it's own merits after hearing both the sides.
