The City Civil Court has decreed the Summary Suit and there is a direction to pay the amount as per the order dated 16th January 2023. Satish Sangar 1/2

During pendency of the First Appeal, there is Interim Application No.2281 of 2023 praying for staying the execution of Judgment and Decree. This Court on 13th March 2023 directed the Appellant to remove the Office objections within two (2) weeks failing which the Appeal will stand dismissed. 3.
The Appellant has filed an Application for reviewing the said order. There is a delay and that is why the Interim Application No.11712 of 2024 is filed.

Today it is submitted on behalf of both the sides that the parties have settled the dispute and the 'settlement terms' were filed in the execution proceeding and it is also disposed of. It is tendered. Taken on record and marked Annexure-X.

All these proceedings are disposed of as the parties have settled the matter. If there is any issue about compliance of the 'consent terms', the proper forum will be the City Civil Court. 6.
Refund of Court Fees as per the Rules.
