Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the Respondent No.1 has expired. Learned AGP submits that legal heirs of Respondent No.1 as per the information given by learned counsel for the Respondents will be impleaded. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.

The Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay to the execution of impugned award dated 28th April 2021 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No. 149 of 2014.

Learned AGP submits that within a period of eight weeks from today, the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest will be Patil-SR 1 of
904 Ia-12428-2024.doc deposited in the Reference Court.

Interim application is allowed subject to deposit of entire decretal amount along with accrued interest in the Reference Court within a period of eight weeks from today.

In event the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest as stated above is deposited, liberty to the Respondent to file an application before the Reference Court for withdrawal of the said amount, which may be permitted to be withdrawn upon furnishing sufficient security to the satisfaction of Reference Court. While accepting security, the Reference Court to give an opportunity to the Appellants i.e., State Government as well as the acquiring body. 6.
