Mr. Nichani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at the outset seeks amendment of the prayer clause (a). 2.

By the amended prayer clause, the Applicant is seeking that he be impleaded as a party-Respondent No.4 as he has acquired the right title and interest of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

Mr. Aniruddha Garge, learned Counsel, appearing for the original Applicant in Civil Revision Application, on instructions states that he has no objection for allowing the said prayer.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of by directing that the Applicant be impleaded as a party-Respondent No.4 in the Civil Revision Application.

Mr. Garge, learned Counsel for the original Applicant states that the amendment will be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.
