The second sentence of last paragraph of order dt. 26/03/2026 was typed as follows:- "On failure, registration of Interim Applications would stand refused without further reference to the court of Registrar" instead of typing it as "On failure, the Interim Applications would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court of Registrar".

Considering the office note dated 08/04/2026, second sentence of last paragraph is corrected as "On failure, the Interim Applications would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court of Registrar". The learned advocate for the application

is granted further extension of 02 weeks time for removing the office objections without fail. On failure, the conditional order dated 26/03/2026 shall stand.

Accordingly, order dated 26/03/2026 stands corrected.
