The present Interim Application is filed by the Applicants-State for seeking stay to the effect and operation as well as the execution of a Judgment and Award dated 16th April 2022 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur in L.A.R. No. 35/2011. 2.

Mr Patil, Learned Addl. GP appearing on behalf of the Applicants-State submits that the entire decretal amount along with

909-IA-12973-2024.DOC accrued interest will be deposited in the Reference Court on or before 19th February 2025.

Upon the decretal amount along with accrued interest is being deposited, there shall be a stay to the effect and operation as well as the execution of the 16th April 2022 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur in L.A.R. No. 35/2011. 4.

It is made clear that in the event the amount of compensation as awarded is not deposited within the above timelines, the stay granted shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 5.
