The petitioner has alleged in para 13 of the petition that out of 16 stalls which were adjudged as illegal, 15 have been regularised. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no difference in the petitioner stall or status. Therefore, the petitioner has also made a representation for regularisation of his stall which is pending. 2.

The petitioner has moved this petition today seeking urgent ad-interim relief because the CIDCO authorities threatened to demolish the stall.

Mr. Hegde states that he will obtain the instructions and until then, will not demolish the petitioner's stall. This statement is accepted. Consistent with the statement, there shall be no demolition of the petitioner's stall until next date. 4.

List this matter on 20 February 2025 for directions. 5.

Ms. Bhansali, who appears for CIDCO alongwith Mr. Hegde states that she will immediately inform CIDCO authorities of the present order, so that the petitioner's stall is not demolished.
