This interim application has been moved on behalf of the respondent / State inter alia praying that the interim order dated 1 March 2016 passed on the writ petition be vacated and the alternatively it is prayed that the hearing of the petition be expedited.

Accordingly, list the petition for final hearing 18 October 2024 (HOB). 4.

Let a list of dates as also broad propositions intend to be canvased, be also placed on record by the learned AGP as also the petitioner. 5.

Interim application stands dismissed.
