The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has informed the Associate of this Court that he is out of town, and therefore, unable to attend the Court today. 3.

In these circumstances, we place the above matters on Board "for directions" on 25th October 2024. We direct that the advocate for the Respondent shall remain present on the said date. The advocates for the Applicant-wife are directed to serve a copy of this order on the advocates for the Respondent. 4.

We make it clear that if no one appears on behalf of the Respondent on the next occasion, we will hear the Interim Applications in their absence.
