By consent of the parties, Interim Application No. 13751 of 2024, is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to be brought on record in Writ Petition No. 2825 of 2014, in place of deceased Jayshree Pandurang Koli. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner/Applicant identifies the Petitioner who is connected with the Court on virtual mode and submits that this matter is circulated for withdrawal of Writ Petition No. 2825 of 2014, on instructions of the Petitioner.

In view of the above Writ Petition No. 2825 of 2014 is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions from the Applicant/Petitioner Gunda Ganapati Koli who is brought on record as LR of deceased Jayshree Pandurang Koli. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that due to passing away of the Petitioner, the other Writ Petition No. 7953 of 2015 stands abated. As such, Writ Petition No. 7953 of 2015 is disposed off as abated.
