By this Interim Application, the Applicants have prayed that the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.4-Vishwas Govindrao Dhamale, who expired on 25 October 2021 be permitted to be brought on record. There is delay of 1 year and 209 days in filing this Application. We have perused the averments made in the Application. The delay in our opinion has been sufficiently explained.
