By this Interim Application, the Applicants have prayed that the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.6-Subhash Dattatray Dhamale, who expired on 13 January 2022 be permitted to be brought on record. There is delay of 1 year and 101 days in filing this Application. We have perused the averments made in the Application. The delay in our opinion has been sufficiently explained.
