By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 8 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal. 2.

According to the Registry, delay is not of 8 days but 15 days.

Learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the delay condonation application.

Perused the application. Having perused the application, we find that the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay of 15 days. The reasons are set out from para 2 to para 4 of the said application. Since sufficient cause is shown by the applicant, delay of 15 days stands condoned.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
