Mr. Ghadge, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.6/1 to 6/3 strongly opposes the Interim Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today. Amended copy to be served on all the Respondents within 14 days thereafter.
