By this application, applicant/original accused challenges the order dated 11.08.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 109 of 2021, thereby canceling the bail granted to the applicant due to invocation of provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for State.

Learned APP has placed on record a copy of communication dated 15.02.2026 addressed by Assistant Police Commissioner-I, Solapur, thereby informing learned APP that sanction to apply Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 81-appln-1-2024 provisions of MCOCA against the present applicant are refused by order dated 06.01.2022. It is further informed that charge sheet is already filed and presence of applicant is not necessary for investigation purposes.

In view of above, application is allowed.

Impugned order dated 11.08.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 109 of 2021 is quashed and set aside.
