Heard Mr. Mali, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

Although the matter is listed at Serial No.901 and the relief sought is cancellation of bail, Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, is absent. The matter is kept back to give one more opportunity to the learned Advocate. When the kept back matter is called out again after some time, Mr. Mali, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that he has contacted Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate of Respondent Nos.1 and 2, and that Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate, has informed to him that he is not available in Court today.

Despite filing the appearance Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate failed to appear but he also did not instruct any other Advocate to mention before the Court that he would not be appearing in the matter.

Accordingly, Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, learned Counsel of this Court, is appointed as Amicus Curiae to represent the interest of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
