Records indicate that Criminal Bail Application No. 548 of 2023 was allowed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge by order dated 28th August 2023.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for modification of the Bail Condition No. 2 in the order dated 10th June 2022, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur in NDPS Special Case No. 9 of 2022.

On 9th June 2025, none appeared for the Applicant. As such, the matter was fixed today for affording an opportunity to the Gitalaxmi

None appears on behalf of the Applicant even today. Considering the bail being granted to the Applicant and the prayer made is for modification of Bail Condition No. 2 of the order dated 10th June 2022, passed in NDPS Special Case No. 9 of 2022, I deem it appropriate to appoint an Advocate from the Legal-aid Panel of this Court to represent the Applicant.

Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate, who is on the Legal-aid Panel of this Court, is present in the Court. 8.

At the request of the Court, he has agreed to appear and represent the Applicant in the present Application. Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate is appointed to represent the Applicant. 9.

Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate assures the Court that he would contact the Applicant, who is presently lodged at Kolhapur Prison (as mentioned in the cause-title of the Application) and take instructions from the Applicant.
