3. An amount of Rs.3,50,000/- was deposited by the applicant in this Court.

4. Registry is directed to pay the said amount to the respondent no. 1.

5. Last payment as per schedule is on or before 15.4.2024. Accordingly, matter is posted on 16.4.2024 for the purpose of filing compounding application.
