Mr. Karpe appearing for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, submits that since the mortgage deed is executed yesterday only, the Applicant is likely to receive the amount from the proposed purchaser within a period of 15 days. He submits that the Applicant be granted last opportunity by way of three weeks to deposit the balance amount of Rs.9 lakhs.

2. The Applicant who is present in person submits that within three weeks the amount will be deposited.

3. Considering the above statement and the fact that part payment is already made, the Applicant is granted last and final opportunity to deposit the balance amount within a period of three weeks.
