1. Mr. Karpe appears on behalf of the applicant. The applicant is present in person.

2. Mr. Karpe submits that till date the applicant has deposited Rs.3,00,000/- in this Court, which the respondent is permitted to be 29th April, 2024

CRIR 6 of 2024 withdraw without prejudice to their contention.

3. The office is directed to release the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- which the applicant has deposited in this Court.

4. Mr. Karpe, on instructions, submits that the applicant is ready and willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.9,00,000/- on or before 08/05/2024. He submits that the applicant has sold the property but he has yet to receive the amount.

5. Only after depositing such an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- in connection with both these matters, the question of compounding can be considered. Stand over to 09/05/2024 for the purpose of considering the matter further.
