1. Heard Mr. Karpe, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant.

2. He submits that though a statement was made on the last date that the Applicant is expecting the amount from the purchaser, however, the said purchaser has applied for loan which is yet to be sanctioned.

3. He submits that at the most within three weeks the Applicant will be able to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 9,00,000/-.

4. Accordingly, time is extended by a period of three weeks to deposit the balance amount.

5. Stand over after vacation.
