P.C.:- 1) It appears that the investigation in this case is still going on. Today, this Petition is filed on the basis of FIR, which speaks about the incident dated 10th December 2022. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that it is necessary to allow investigation to go on and only after the investigation is completed, picture will be clear. 2) In this view of the matter, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. Therefore, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to either file a fresh Petition or to file an application for discharge before the trial Court.
