Production of the aforesaid writ petition is sought in view of the urgency i.e. the petitioner's vehicle bearing No.MH-12-EF-8956 is going to be auctioned tomorrow i.e. 3rd January 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no notice of auction was issued to the petitioner and hence the auction, which is scheduled for tomorrow, be stayed.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the auction of the petitioner's vehicle is scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 3rd January Corrected vide order dated 4.01.2024 (in bold) N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Accordingly, the auction of the petitioner's vehicle, is stayed till the next date.

Stand over to 15th January 2024.

In the meantime, registry to verify whether the aforesaid petition would lie before this Court or before the Single Judge. 7.

Accordingly, a report be submitted to this Court, on the next date.

Learned APP to forthwith communicate the aforesaid order to the Assistant Conservator of Forest, Pune, so as to ensure compliance of the same.
