Papers are produced for seeking interim relief. It is submitted that the Petitioner is student aged about 18 years. He has been charge-sheeted for the offence under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code. The Petitioner apprehends that the charge would be framed against him. The Petitioner is student of IIT, Bombay.
