The learned counsel appearing for Petitioner once again seeks time to file Rejoinder. It appears that the Affidavit-in-Reply has been filed by Respondent-CBI in March 2024. When the Petition came up on 24 June 2024, the learned counsel for the Petitioner took time to go through the Reply filed by the Respondent-CBI. When the Petition again appeared on Board on 31 July 2024 time was sought to file Rejoinder and accordingly time of four weeks was granted. Today again time is sought to file Rejoinder on the ground of ill-health of the Petitioner.

In the light of the above facts, any further request for adjournment would not be without imposition of costs. Accordingly the Petitioner is katkam Page No.
