By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 to initiate proceedings for issuing Red Corner Notice/ Look Out Circular (for short "LOC") against accused No.1 - Mr. Hussain Mehboob Khokawala alias Hussain Mohammad Shattaf in Regular Criminal Case No.474 of 2014. 2.
