2) It is seen that, due to inadvertence, Mr. Bhalchandra Shinde, learned Advocate for 'Respondent Nos.2 & 4' was wrongly shown in the appearance and for 'Respondent No.2' in the 1st paragraph of the Order dated 10th September, 2024. In fact, the Petition concerns only Respondent No.2 and nobody appeared for the said Respondent No.2 when the matter was heard on that day. Hence, paragraph no.1 of the said Order dated 10th September, 2024 be corrected to read as under :- " Heard Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and Ms. D.S. Krishnaiyer, learned APP for the State. Despite notice, none present for Respondent No.2. "

3) After carrying out the necessary corrections as above, the corrected Order dated 10th September, 2024 be uploaded on the official website of High Court, Bombay.
